Last friday I use one of your atms. After withdrawal the machine said to colect the card but never send it out. Being foreigner And with a flight back on sunday I was very upset with the situation, as the phone line never changed to english language. Some friends told me that your branch in Robibson shopping was open. I just want to report you the amazing care abd support ftom the Lady in conter n. 10 , the Lady in phone Line and the staff charged of colecting the card and deliver it to Robinson branc. I am deeply gratfull to all that people their efficiency and support . I had a similar issue with ttb in Bangkok and everything was quite different and my card was destroyed. So you may be very proud of your services . Thank you very much João Vieira
